PM Shri Kendriya Vidyalaya No2, Vijayawada is a co-educational school run by Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an Autonomous Organization under the Ministry of Human Resources Development, Govt. of India.PM Shri Kendriya Vidyalaya No.2 Vijayawada was established in the year 1988 under civil sector, sponsored by South Central Railway, Secunderabad for the Railway Wagon Work Shop, located 2 Kms from our school and 14 Kms from Vijayawada city. Spread in a sprawling area of 8.1 acres, the Vidyalaya has Primary and Secondary with a Basket Ball court, a volleyball court, an athletic track and a large playground. The school has classes I to X affiliated to CBSE with 2 sections each in classes up to VI and one section each in classes VII to X. This Vidyalaya has Junior Science Lab, Computer Lab and Digital Language Lab. Under constant guidance of our highly qualified and experienced Principal, teachers have been making concerted efforts to improve our results in each class every year.
